Three months ago I signed contract with Turkish Chess Federation , I was supposed to play for Turkish Club Truva and I was very excited about this, since I was very close to play in Turkish league for a several years and finally I should have get my chance. Unfortunately politics is much stronger than normal life and because of big incident with " Gaza Flotila", where 9 people was killed in "Marmara Ship" Turkey is going to stop all relationship with Israel and Israeli people are not really welcome there. I should admit , that all Turkish people from Chess World were very kind to me and promised me, that everything will be OK and I have nothing to worry , but finally when Our Foreign Ministry made an announcement, that it's very dangerous to visit Turkey and it's even not allowed for the people who serve in Army and also reservists I decided to decline my paritcipation. Usually I try not to write about politics , but here I feel obliged to do it . Almost all countries condemned Israel for killing innocent "piece activists" I have absolutely different opinion, here you can see very interesting facts, that nobody take seriously video.foxnews.com/v/4223912/inside-the-freedom-flotilla  , what is clear Israel always loses " Propaganda War" and doesn't matter, that now it has been published many facts like there were 60 people connected with terrorist organizations and they entered on the ship without any security from Turkish side and brought a lot of cold weapons, now it's doesn't matter , everybody made his own conclusion, without any investigation and there is no way to prove our point of view. Turkey is now very strong chess country with a lot of chess tournament and it looks like for a nearest future there will be no chances for Israeli players to take part in these events.
